While many counties throughout the state are asking how they can increase revenue and bring in development, Rappahannock County takes the opposite approach.
One of the ways to keep out development is through land easements and Bob Dennis, who was guest speaker at a Planning Commission meeting Nov. 17, spoke on the reasons why easements will benefit Rappahannock County.
