Headwaters Foundation put its Global Spotlight on Pete Cecere, well-known Woodville art collector and former diplomat, who took a group of some 30 old and new fans on a fascinating and colorful tour of the art and culture of Catalonia, Spain.
The event on Nov. 17 was held at the Rappahannock County High School with both students and others attending.
