‘Solo Performance,’ an oil on canvas 21 x 32, is one of the abstract paintings in a show of works by Jack Frazier at the Packing Shed Gallery in Washington from Dec. 2 - Jan. 17. An artist’s reception will be held Sunday, Dec. 5 from 1-6 p.m. Frazier graduated from the National Art School in Washington, D. C., where he was art director for several organizations. He later developed graphic presentations for several U.S. presidents, Congress, NATO, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Now retired, he focuses on his oil painting.
