Two Fairfax County delegates are suggesting the state place annual fines of $100 to $300 on the worst-of-the-worst drivers to help pay for badly needed road improvements.

Herndon Del. Tbm Rust (R-86th) and Springfield Del. Dave Albo (R42nd) presented the proposal last week, saying those whose driving records show repeat or particularly reckless violations should pay additional for the “privilege of driving - on the taxpayers’ roads.”
