The Wakefield Country Day School girls’ basketball team has been coached by Jim Dale for six years and he feels optimistic about the upcoming season especially since he has three seniors who know how to play the system well.
One of the three team captains, Jordan Hammelman, made the first team of the Delaney Athletic Conference last year, meaning she was one of the top six players in the league. The other team captains include seniors Daniel Dombrowski and Rachael Marx.
