ORDER OF PUBLICATION
THE OBJECT of the above-styled suit is to administer the estate of Elizabeth Gordon Robinson under the direction and protection of the Court. Specifically, the undersigned Executrix asks that all proper parties in interest be provided with notice of these proceedings and that the Last Will and Testament of the decedent be reviewed so that a determination may be had as to whether such Will is in fact the Will of the decedent.
It appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the above-named Defendant VIRGINIA D. NELSON is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 25 Keney Terrace, Hartford, Connecticut 06112; that the above-named Defendant BETTIE NAIRNE ROBINSON is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 301 Green Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11238-1421; that the above-named Defendant CLARA WISE is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 808 Pepperidge Road, Westbury Long Island, NY 11590; that the above-named Defendant ALMA CAFARELLA is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office .address is 166-33-89 Avenue, Jamaica, NY 11432 and that the abovenamed Defendant BETTY HALEY is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 103 Florida Street, Buffalo, New York 14028.
It is therefore ORDERED that all such persons claiming an interest in the estate of Elizabeth Gordon Robinson, deceased, including but not limited to the above named nonresident Defendants, appear on or before the 4th day of January 2005, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, Post Office Box 517, 238 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia 22747, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock; that a copy of this order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this court is held; and that a copy of this order be mailed to each defendant at the address shown by the aforesaid affidavit and which is listed above.
