When a reporter walked the property with DeBergh recently, it was interesting to see where Gay Street and Wheeler Street both extended at one time, past the existing paved roadway. These pre-existing roadways go through property that is now owned by Diane Bruce. The old Wheeler Street also, winds around a portion of the DeBergh property.
The land that DeBergh has purchased consists of the old Victorian home which DeBergh has renovated as well as the property lying behind and to the left of the house. This adjacent property currently consists of two parcels of land, both approximately four acres each.
