As the mother of two children (one at the high school and one at the elementary school), I would not allow them to wear something with such a high probability to offend others, especially in an educational setting.
If the schools allow this type of message then they would also be obligated to allow clothing with the opposite message. For that matter students would have the freedom to wear shirts depicting their stance on stem cell research, same sex marriages and other hotly debated topics.
It is my belief that our children are in school to obtain an education not to use it as a public forum to express their views on such sensitive issues.
