OPEN APPLICATION FOR AGRICULTURAL & FORESTAL DISTRICTS Any persons wishing to make application for the creation of new Agricultural and Forestal Districts, or who wish to add onto existing Agricultural & Forestal Districts are encouraged to notify the County Administration Office of your intent by Monday, December 13, 2004 at 4:30 p.m.
While applications for new districts or tag-ons may be made at any time, the Board of Supervisors policy is to encourage applications during a single enrollment period, thus limiting public hearing, advertising and related costs.
