The Sperryville Business Alliance (SBA) held a general membership meeting on January 5, and a Core Council meeting on January 12.
The group focused on approving a mission statement, releasing the results of the election to name members of the Core Council, future plans to move forward, and the development of committees to work on a new brochure and a re-working of the Sperryville.net Web site hosted by Chris Salmon at Third Level.
The approved mission statement for the group is as follows:
