were facing lifes’ most difficult challenges — illness and death.

Danielsen moved to Warrenton five years ago with her husband Arvid, and continued her hospital ministry as chaplain at Culpeper Regional Hospital.

Currently, Danielsen is the chaplain for the Hospice of the Rapidan — which serves Rappahannock, Culpeper, Madison, Orange, and Fauquier counties — as well as the founder and president of SCSM.

“I am privileged to be able to meet people in their most difficult moments of life,” said Danielsen, “As we journey together, we are all changed. There is nothing I would rather be doing.”

Devoted to providing support, education and a biblical perspective to those who are ill, dying and bereaved, SCSM is committed to being a non-profit, non-denominational organization.
