This position will assist in the sourcing, coordination, implementation and development management of GSA vertical Build-to-Suit development opportunities with USAA Real Estate Company and its development partners.
Candidates for this position must have at least a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate engineering or a related field, 10 years of GSA real estate experience, project management budgeting and planning experience, and a history of successful development lor GSA. They must also have prior supervisory experience and excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and deasiommaking skills. Travel is required, as is a proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
A CPA graduate degree and IS years GSA real estate experience preferred Ties to GSA broker’s license and/or CCIM, SIOR designation also preferred.
