The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the rapidly growing County After School Activities (CASA) program This program is a before and after school program fbi elementary school age children currently operating at 36 sites The position will insure the quality and content of program design, organization, curriculum development, and implementation of the program County wide It will, oversee the organization, performance, training, and development of staff Coordinate the State of Virginia Child Care licensing process and requirements for each of the sites to ensure compliance Bachelor's degree in recreation, child cire. education or related field and at least 3 years directly related work experience, which must include a minimum of one year program management and supersisorv experience Knowledge of the State of Virginia Child Day Centers licensing standards preferred.
