2004 has been another outstanding year for Frank Hardy Inc. in Rappahannock County. I would like to thank all our friends, customers and clients for making 2004 our best year yet. I am very proud to say that Frank Hardy, Inc. is leading the way in Real Estate sales in the county. Farms and Estates are our specialty and in the last 2 years we have handled 56% of that market, ten times more than our closest competitor.
Frank Hardy, Inc. has a deep commitment to preserving not only Rappahannock county but all of the Piedmont area of Virginia. We are very involved in local and regional conservation efforts to protect our open spaces. To back this up I am happy to say that in the last six years, we have helped our clients place more than 1,7()0 acres into conservation easement in Rappahannock alone.
