Isn’t that curious? Once again, the administration spokesperson trotted out to promote the plan says it does nothing to.help the fiscal situation, but some other plan will need to be worked out with Congress. That can’t - be right, can it?

Why bring up this plan at all, if it isn’t even related to the problem we’re facing? It’s hard to believe this is the spokesperson, and not some critic.
