Tony Kincaid, 48, of Amissville was charged with Failure to Yield the Right of Way when his 1997 Dodge pick-up struck the left front wheel of Bruce Hays (44) of Catlett’s 1988 Ford pick-up on Feb. 9 at 3:30 p.m.
Hays’ vehicle went out of control, stricking Anitra Johnson, 24, of Culpeper’s 1998 Tbyota.
Total damage to the three vehicles was estimated at $6,000, according to Virginia
