now slipped from our fingers. She would sit on the front porch and the many well wishers would stop by to say hello. She had been well cared for by Mary Beth Shankle, friends, and family members, but it didn’t seem she was interested in living longer or better. Now she has received the gift of death and as was her wish, she was able to stay in her own bed. We pray that she is happy, surrounded by loved ones and smiling, even laughing.
