Hear.ye, Hear ye! In honor of George Washington’s birthday, citizens with any overdue Rappahannock County Library items are encouraged to return them by Tuesday, Feb. 22 thus taking advantage of the Library’s “No Fines, No Inquisitions” policy.

Taking place in Washington on Feb. 25-27 is the winter session of the “Life Stories Workshops” with Julie Portman. This 3-day Introductory course is for people of all backgrounds, ages and writing experience.
Participants learn to write creatively as well as learning the power of listening.

Community First Aid and Safety
Red Cross will be giving classes starting Feb. 25 from 7 to 11 p.m. for Adult CPR, Feb. 26 from 9 to 1 p.m. will be Infant/Child CPR and Feb. 26 1 to 4 p.m.will be First Aid
The classes will be held at the Red Cro-'s building, 146 N. Main Street, Culpeper.

GED Practice Test
Due to inclement weather for the GED Practice test, the GED test at the Carver Center on Route 15 has been postponed. The GED test date for Feb. is the 25 and 26.
The Carver Center is open for registration for the GED test Monday through Thursday 8:30 a m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Additionally, two late evenings have been added for your convenience. On Monday and Thursday evenings you may register for the GED test until 8 p.m. If you have any questions, call the Office of Adult Education at 825-0476.
“A Few Good Men ”
“A Few Good Men” by Alan Sorkin, a production of Georgetown University's Theater Program and The Black Theatre Ensemble will be shown at The Theatre on Gay Street in Washington on Saturday, Feb. 26 at 8 p.m. and on Sunday, Feb. 27 at 2:30 p.m. $15 for adults, $5 for students 18 and under.
