If you are driving by the Washington Baptist Church and see this huge scaffold and wonder what going on. It’s not for the monkeys to swing on!

HWBC Repair and Restoration, and Alan Resseman from Reva, along with two others are doing repair and restoration on the church building. They are going to repair and paint the shutters add new steps, going to tuck point the bricks as needed, paint the roof and trim and install snow guards.

The biggest repair will be the bell mounting. The bell was manufactured by H. Mcshane
