Loudoun County Government is seeking qualified applicants to fill this full-time management position responsible for executing the Department's Facilities Major Maintenance & Repair and Stormwater Maintenance & Repair programs for the Division of Public Works. Successful candidate will direct and manage the Public Works design and construction staff activities; develop design and construction plans and programs; manage the planning, design and acquisition of complex public works programs; develop pre-design programs; develop professional services and construction contract scopes of work; and direct construction and post construction activities for building maintenance and repair, stormwater infrastructure, and other complex public works programs. Education and experience equivalent to a Master's degree in Civil Engineering. Architecture. Environmental Sciences or a related field with at least two (2) years experience in a Public Works or comparable organization. Prefer two (2) additional years administrative management experience. Possess a valid appropriate VA driver's license. Professional Engineering or Architectural Registration desirable. Successful candidate will undergo a driver's license check.
