The fund raising

dinner at the Inn at Little Washington

Those attending the Krebser Fund dinner on Tuesday evening were richly rewarded for their commitment.

Every seat in the dining room of the Inn at Little Washington was taken and guests savored the world-class cuisine for which the Inn at Little Washington has become famous.

Using locally-grown produce where available, the menu offered a variety of selections from “Sorrell Jelly with Lemon Cream and Osetra Caviar” to “Braised Veal Cheek on a Salad of Miniature Green Beans with Batons of Summer Truffle, Foie Gras, and Crawfish Tails” and other delectable dishes in between.

Gifts to the Krebser Fund are tax-deductible and are used to secure options on property, to purchase property and/or easements, and to pay for the legal, due diligence, marketing and other costs directly associated with such transactions.

For more information, contact Sarah Gannon at the Piedmont Environmental Council at (540) 347-2334 ext. 23, or sgannon@pecva. org, or Fran Krebser at (540) 631-0821.
