The successful applicant will operate the Department's Response Center; manage & maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System; manage user accounts; evaluate & recommend enhancements to the system; and monitor performance of users. Manage the County's facility maintenance work control program, develop & maintain automated & procedural workflow process for managing w ork requests from users; respond to urgent requests; provide feedback to customer; and ensure completion of tasks.
