Loudoun County Government is seeking qualified applicants to fill this Team Leader position in the Projects Division. This position will lead the County's Capital Construction Quality Assurance Program team to provide in-house technical expertise to advise and oversee objectives and responsibilities. The successful candidate will lead a team to manage complex building and public works infrastructure projects during planning, predesign, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, and postconstruction phases; develop standards and procedures for capital program quality assurance, project constructability reviews and implement project lessons learned, serve as a technical resource for resolving complex building and public works infrastructure design and construction management issues for County-initiated Special projects. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master's degree or equivalent experience in architecture, construction management or a related engineering discipline with at least two (2) years professional architecture, engineering and/or construction management experience of a complex nature, including direct design, supervisory and administrative experience. Prefer an additional two (2) years professional engineering, architecture and construction management experience of a complex nature; and two (2) years administrative manacement experience including supervising staff. Valid driver's license. Appropriate Professional License (Virginia) is desirable. Successful candidate will undergo a driver's license check.
