Preparing for this Saturday’s performance in the premiere of Suite from the opera “The Fall of Albion” and his role as narrator in Stravinsky’s “UHistoire du Soldat” had been an experience with several firsts for Rappahannock’s Howard Coon. “This is a different experience. It’s fun and invigorating,” he said. In “Albion” Mr. Coon will sing the baritone role as AjKtllyon, a satyr, half man and half goat. Mezzo Soprano Marilyn Boyd will play the Mad Furies.
