Volunteer leaders at Rappahannock’s Child Care and Learning Center (CCLC) have many attributes, but among the most prized is a sizable pick up truck. Weekend after weekend - and quite a few weekdays, too - dedicated board members scour the landscape for furniture, antiques, local art and other treasures to be auctioned at the group’s only fundraising event of the year, the Fall Auction and Party. Doors open for CCLC’s tenth annual event this November 12th at 5:30 p.m. at the Washington School on Mt. Salem Avenue in little Washington.
