Bob Clements-of Flint Hill was “caught red handed” perfecting his chili recipe for the 4-H Chili Cook-Off Bluegrass Festival to be held on November 6th from 2-6 p.m. at the Rappahannock County High School. Advanced tickets may be purchased at the Beauty Box in Washington, Drum and Strum in Warrenton and Culpeper Music Store. Advance tickets are $10. At the door, $12.
