Golf Tournament
The Panther Classic Golf tournament, open to all participants , will be held at the Bowling Green North Course in Front Royal, VA on October 22 at 9:00 a m. Proceeds from the tournament will go to the Rappahannock County School Sports Association. The WCDS varsity boys soccer team lost twice last week falling to SVC A 9-0 on October 3 and Seton 0-6 on October 6. The Owls will play away at Highland on October 14.
Cross Country
The WCDS cross country team ran at Randolph Macon Academy on Tuesday October 4. Kevin Riedel was the top male finisher for WCDS with a fourth-place finish, Naoki Kiyama was 32nd and Ben LeBeau was 51st. In the girls division, Abby Whitaker finished 6th.
