ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / BILLING Manassas, VA Construction Company has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable / Billing Position.Responsibilities shall include= All AR functions including the preparation of invoices using Excel and automated invoicing systems.. Interaction with Project Management staff and customers in order to facilitate payment of invoices,Perform in critical deadline situations. Analysis of unbilled data & preparation of Accounts Receivable Analysis Reports. Other special projects as assigned. This is not an entry level position and requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision or instruction.Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of previous Accounts Receivable and billing experience. Job cost experience preferred. College degree preferred, but not required.
