Construction Update: The contractor has made some final repairs to the library. The RCES library staff, with help from several volunteers, has worked diligently to prepare to open for the Book Fair on Monday, Oct. 17. Parking lot lights (conduit damaged during construction) are being restored in time for the Reading Favorites program this coming Thursday at 6:30 p.m. Also, the air conditioning is on in the gym. Excavation is proceeding for the auxiliary gym.
A pre-bid meeting on the rebidding of the RCHS Track / Soccer-Football Field Upgrade Project is scheduled for Oct. 18. The Board of Supervisors will receive track bids at the Nov. 7 meeting.
