certainly wouldn’t expect Spenyville business owners to volunteer their time to plan, promote, and participate in this event with the same dedication as Washingtonians. However, a future farmer’s market, for example, would be a countywide effort. If we were to organize such an event, we’d hope that the two business associations would join forces.
