By Anita L. Sherman Rappahannock News Staff Writer While there’s plenty of candy treats and costume clad characters on Halloween night there’s also a lack of housing subdivisions in Rappahannock.
As such, each year the Tbwn of Washington plays host to many of the county’s trick ‘n treaters. This year was no exception as crowds of goblins, princesses and sword wielding masqueraders roamed Main Street in search of sweets. Local business owners joined in the fun.
