The LCHIP and Revitalization Manager is responsible for creating and managing the Loudoun County Home Improvement and Revitalization Program. Responsibilities include establishing positive work relationships with all parties involved with a project such as Homeowners' Associations, lending institutions, nonprofit and community organizations as well as the general public; managing the application process, maintaining working knowledge of housing rehabilitation industry practices; developing marketing tools to distnbute to eligible homeowners; developing and maintaining legal and financial loan documentation; managing the financial budget for the program; provides oversight to all construction and revitalization programs and maintains federally required documentation on housing each project. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor s degree in marketing, real estate financing, business or public administration, planning or a related field and three years related experience. Housing experience is preferred. Valid drivers license and driving record check required. (Hiring Range: $40,134 - $54,181/yr) Closes: 11/11/2005 06-172.
