Site Manager
Come join the Technology Services team in the Department of Information Technology for Loudoun County. This division supports approximately 2,900 personal computers and associated peripheral equipment located in various county facilities. This position manages the department's Systems Engineer Section which is responsible for the installation, maintenance and general oversite of the operation and use of PC hardware, peripherals, software, and other office automation systems. Conducts automation information meetings with staff in other departments. Manages vendor contracts. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, management skills, project management skills, as well as outstanding customer relations skills. Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field plus two years related experience including some supervisory experience. A+, MCR MCSE, CNE certifications are a plus. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Position required to carry a blackberry. A criminal background check will be conducted on the successful candidate.
