•An applicant should be a resident of Rappahannock County.
•An applicant must be a senior accepted in a two- or fouryear college or a student presently enrolled in a two- or four-year college.
•An applicant majoring in agriculture and/or active participants in the Rappahannock 4H program is given strong consideration.
•The scholarship will be awarded only one time to an eligible applicant.
