Delicious bakery products and refreshments will be available throughout the day from Apple Hill Bakery. Participating in the sale are Blue Ridge Botanicals, Eastwoods Nurseries, Enchanter’s Gardens, Field and Flower, Momingside Farm & Nursery, Mount Vernon Farm, Persimmon Springs Nurseiy, Quail Spring Farm, Straw Into Gold, and Waterpenny Farm. Students from the Rappahannock High School farm 2table project will be selling a variety of plants they have grown. Some of the proceeds from the vendor fees will go to Waterpenny Farm’s low-income share program through the Capital Area Food Bank. Waterpenny Farm is located on Route 211, east of Spenyville. Saturday, April 29, at the Rappahannock Animal Welfare League (RAWL) Route 639 off of Route 211 in Amissville by the landfill 9 a.m. -1 p.m. $10 per pet. All proceeds go to RAWL.
