Diana Corbin is currently spearheading the creation of a memorial scholarship in honor of her son, Dylan Corbin, who died in 2003.
The scholarship will be available to a male and female graduating senior who intends to pursue athletics in college.
The scholarship will be awarded in the fall and spring of each year.
Fundraising is underway to help Corbin with her project. Spring bulbs are currently available through April 27. You can purchase them by contacting Helen Berry at the Rappahannock County High School (9878259), Linda Torrance at the Rappahannock County Elementary School, or Jan Besecker at the Extension Office in Washington (6753619)
