band, “Pink Mob” to play two 10-minutes sets during the D«Fs break. These guys looked extremely snazzy in tuxedos with pink vests. They were all volunteer musicians and it is hoped that this exposure will help them with their band’s success.

Kelly Settle helped a great bit in coordinating the decoration color combinations. She brought “Cody” her dog in tuxedo attire. Kelly observed after the prom, it was “the first time I ever saw where the senior class made a thank you banner placed in the commons.”

Thank you also goes to the Moose Lodge for allowing the use of their facility at no cost. Many hours went into creating the mural backdrop in Joy Sours Art Class.

Principal Roger Mello toasted the senior class with sparkling cider at 10:00 pm and an excellent cake was enjoyed. Mrs. Mary Arthur and her culinary students produced the layered cake with a stairway to the top. The students nominated and voted on senior King and Queen the Wednesday before the prom.

Tbrnmy Grigsby was crowned King and Courtney Hutcheson was crowned the 2006 Prom Queen. The juniors also nominated and elected Billy Joe Moore as the Prince. His Princess was Emily Raney.
