Executive Support Services offers an opportunity to provide support to key executives. This support entails coordination of executives' calendars arranging conference calls, travel logistics and developing relationships with executives' clients and their assistants. Positions within Facility Operations will perform day-to-day operations related to the maintenance of the facility, meeting planning, logistics and procurement, guest reception. Hotel or customer service experience is preferred. In all of these areas you would be expected to provide consistent, high-quality service. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, excellent oral and written communication skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite. Excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a team environment with multiple levels of management, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are a must.
