Persons interested in becoming a Democratic candidate for these offices must file no later than April 13 at 5:00 pm. Filing consists of declaring your affiliation with the Democratic party and residency in the district, paying a nominal filing fee, and collecting 250 signatures on a petition for the senatorial candidacy and 125 signatures for the delegate candidacy.
