Backs up the Collections Manager; requires the exercise of confidentiality of all systems and data. Excellent communication skills, and working knowledge of MS Office and Mainframe computer systems required. Experience with an automated collection system preferred. High School Diploma and four years of collections and/or customer service experience. Bilingual highly desirable. Criminal and credit record check will be conducted on successful candidate.
