Provide GIS services and information to support marketing, development, business and prospect tracking, strategic planning, and economic growth analysis. Manage Agricultural and Forestal District program, including responding to inquiries, working with outside agencies (i.e. VDOT, VDOF) to meet their requirements relating to the program, providing status reports on Agricultural District projects to County Administration, Management & Financial Services, Department of Planning, the Planning Commission, and Board of Supervisors. Maintain GIS coverage, all databases, and ordinances for Loudoun's towns on special economic development GIS related projects. Develop, maintain and monitor baseline data for rural and suburban commercial development, business and prospect tracking, strategic planning, and economic growth analysis. Bachelors degree in Business or Public Administration. GIS, MIS, Planning or related field. Three years experience in planning, information systems or other related field.
