Maker brand horse feeds are manufactured locally at the CFC mill in Culpeper and from the picture you can tell that the commander’s mount already knows a good thing when he snifTs one.
Members will be dressed in historically accurate attire even down to their weapons. If riding as a Federal they will don a saber belt, saber, and pistol. Since those riding as Confederates will represent members of the Gray Ghost , John S. Mosbys Men, multiple pistols are allowed with carbine and sabers safely left elsewhere.
Various groups will be donating food and helping out with the members ride but as far as the horses go, Ed Dunphy at the farm center has taken care of that.
