• Annual Chili Cook-Off and Bluegrass Festival of the 4-H Livestock Club, 1 -5pm., at Rappahannock County High School. Participants will enjoy hearing music from various bluegrass musicians, sample chili from multiple chili cook-off contestants and collect holiday gifts at the silent auction.
