The Lady Panthers had a “nail biter" against the Sklyline Hawks on Sept. 8.

In a tense five-game match, the Panthers scored: 25-13, 11-25,26-24, 20-25, and 16-14 for a 3-2 win.

Head Coach Jackie Settle gave much credit to the veterans on the team.

“Danika Kritter, Natalie Tupper, Hanna Kopjanski, and Lauren Settle pulled together with their leadership to defeat the Hawks," she said.

In addition to the veteran factor. Coach Settle also highlighted a first-year member of the team, Joslvn Smith, with “a career high of three solo blocks and one assisted block.”
