First, it is only the windows at Rappahannock County Elementary School that need to be replaced in the old wing of the school They are ancient, broken and very inefficient. In the summer they let the heat in and in the winter they let the cold in.
There are no A C units at RCES that need to be replaced. That was done several years ago when the roof and auxiliary gym were done. Now the reason the A'C units were on in the lower gym is because the floor manufacturer recommends that the temperature of the gym lie kept at 76
