ning a Money-Saving Workshop at the Reynolds Memorial Church from 10 a m. to 2 p.m This workshop will have four components: Energy Saving; Job Search; Financial Planning and Nutrition. We hope to appeal to both Benevolent Fund grantees and those in the community looking for ways to stretch their current income. We hope to provide both good speakers and “goodie" bags to assist in this effort.
Second, we are planning a fundraiser in February. It will be a dinner served by “Celebrity Waiters." The Celebrity Waiters will be expected to raise funds from their tables bv selling their services (both waiting and entertaining). The waiter raising the most funds will be properly acclaimed and feted.
We believe that we can help the Benevolent Fund plan additional programs and raise additional funds and we would like help from the community because the community we are helping is our own
