The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground of willful nesertign or abandonment; to have adjudicated the right to the custody of the child born of the marriage of the parties; and to obtain an award of money for the maintenance and support of the Plaintiff and said child.
It appearing from an affidavit that the Defendant, Earl Watson Burke, is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, it is ordered that
the Defendant appear before this Court on or before November 29, 1978, and do what is necessary to protect his interest herein.
