Two Stafford County men and one juvenile have been charged by Rappahannock Sheriff s Deputy R. D. Hawkins with breaking and entering two homes here and for grand larceny.
William Francis Chandler and Kenneth Lee Armstrong were brought before the Rappahannock General District Court on October 24 for appointment of counsel. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 3 and they will appear November 13 on the opening day of the November term of the Circuit Court. The juvenile has been processed to be charged as an adult.
The homes of Mr. and Mrs. Farrell Nicholas at Amissville was entered on April 13 and that of the Hitts near Amissville on April 14. and personal property in excess of SI500 was taken from each. Some of the stolen items were found the following month in Stafford County in the possession of the three men.
