J Miller’s position on land use should be of particular importance to Rappahannock County. While both candidates have stated their opposition to federal land use controls, only Miller has maintained that this power should lie with the state AND local government. Warner would see it lie entirely with the state. Andrew Miller will do the better job for Virginia and for Rappahannock County as our representative in the United States Senate.
