Stamp Exhibit
The Rappahannock Library will put on a 4th of July exhibition of stamp collecting by beginning and experienced stamp collecting Rappahannock residents.
Responsible watchers will oversee the showing of the stamp albums. The growing monetary value of stamp collections is creating a renewed interest in stamp collecting across the United States. All exhibits must be brought to the Library on Tuesday, July 3 or before 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 4.
